The Activity History area in the Stamp Business app allows you to view a member’s recent stamp and reward activity directly from their member profile.
You can view:
Stamps earned
Rewards issued
Rewards redeemed
Rewards expired
How to view a member's Activity History
Open the Stamp Business app.
Scan the Member Code to open the relevant member profile.
Tap the Activity History icon in the top right-hand corner of the member profile.
Use the Stamps and Rewards tabs to switch between the member’s activity.
The Stamps tab displays the member’s recent stamp activity, including the number of stamps earned and the relevant offer.
The Rewards tab displays the member’s recent reward activity, including rewards that have been issued or redeemed.
This gives you a quick way to check a member’s loyalty activity directly from the Stamp Business app, without needing to log in to the Loyalty Portal.
Note: The Activity History shows recent activity associated with the selected member.
