Signing in for the first time
After downloading the Stamp Business app from the Google Play or Apple App Store, log in using your Loyalty Portal login details.
Please note: you will only be able to sign in to the app if your business has been activated to use the Stamp Business app for your stamping method.
Then, choose your location (if applicable).
Using your PIN
You can set up a four-digit PIN for security when logging into the Stamp Business app. This locks the app so it can only be opened once the correct PIN is entered. Here's how to set it up:
From the app home screen, tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Toggle on PIN and set your four-digit code.
That's it! Simply close the app and reopen it and it will prompt you to put in your PIN to enter the app. Go to the same place in settings to disable it if needed.
This pin also allows you to change locations when needed. To do so, simply go back to settings, press 'Change Location', enter your PIN, and choose your new location.
