Written by Tammy

When staff scan a customer's Member Code in Stamp Business, their Member Profile opens up. Here's what you'll see and what it means.

Customer name
The customer's name appears at the top of the profile, so staff can confirm they've scanned the right person.

Stamp Card
Shows the active Stamp Card the customer is joined to.

Stamps progress
A progress bar shows how many stamps the customer has collected out of the total needed (e.g. "1 of 10 stamps collected").

Last stamp
The date and time the customer's most recent stamp was issued.

Multiple stamping
Shows whether multiple stamping is turned on or off for this Stamp Card — when on, staff can issue more than one stamp per visit.

Stamp delay
Shows the cooldown period between stamps (e.g. 30 seconds), which helps prevent accidental double-stamping (only appears if you have set up a stamp delay for that card in your Loyalty Portal.

Give Stamps button
Tap this to issue a stamp to the customer.

Rewards
Lists any rewards the customer has available to redeem, along with their expiry dates. Staff can tap into a reward to redeem it.
