Trial Mode lets you set up, test and use your Stamp Me loyalty program before activating a paid plan.
While you’re in Trial Mode, you can use Stamp Me with real customers, including issuing stamps, redeeming rewards, creating campaigns and sending push notifications.
There are a few differences while your Stamp Card is in Trial Mode:
Your Stamp Card displays a Trial Mode banner
The banner lets you and your customers know that your Stamp Card has not been activated yet.
Your Stamp Card isn’t discoverable in the Stamp Me app
Customers can still join and use your loyalty program, but they won’t be able to find your Stamp Card through app search. They’ll need to join using your Join Code.
You’ll use a Temporary Stamp Code for stamping
Your Temporary Stamp Code lets you issue stamps while you’re in Trial Mode. Once you activate a plan, you’ll unlock the secure stamping methods available with your plan.
You can see how much time is remaining in your trial from the Trial Mode banner in your Loyalty Portal.
When you’re ready, you can activate a paid plan at any time. Activation removes the Trial Mode banner, makes your Stamp Card discoverable and unlocks the stamping methods available with your plan.
