A Member Code is a unique barcode linked to each customer's Stamp Me account. It's what staff scan through Stamp Business to issue stamps or redeem rewards — so customers don't need to tap or scan anything themselves.
How do customers find their Member Code?
Their Member Code will only appear if your business has activated the Stamp Business app as a stamping method.
There are two ways for your customers to access their Member Code:
In the Stamp Me app — customers open their Stamp Card and tap "Stamp Me" to bring up their Member Code.
In Apple or Google Wallet — customers can save their Member Code to their phone's digital wallet for quick access, without needing to open the Stamp Me app at all.

Do customers need the Stamp Me app to get a Member Code?
Yes — customers need to have downloaded the Stamp Me app, registered, and joined your program. Once they've done that, they can save their Member Code to their Wallet for even faster access at the counter.
