Stamp Business lets staff quickly verify and redeem customer rewards at the point of sale.
Step 1: Open Stamp Business and press Scan Member Code
Step 2: Scan the customer's Member Code
Ask the customer to show their Member Code — either in the Stamp Me app or their Google/Apple Wallet — and scan it using your device's camera.
Step 3: Select the available reward
Once scanned, the customer's profile will appear. Scroll down, select the available reward your customer wishes to redeem and press 'Redeem'.
That's it! A confirmation notification will appear, and your customer will receive a push notification letting them know their reward has been redeemed. It'll then disappear from the 'Rewards' area of their Stamp Me app.
