To make changes to an existing Scratch & Win game, simply:
Log into your Merchant Console
Navigate to 'Campaigns' and click on 'Scratch & Win'
Find the game you wish to edit (if you have multiple)
Click the pencil icon in the left-hand corner
5. Make your changes across the design, settings, and prizes sections
6. Once finished, click 'Save & Exit' in the preview panel on the right-hand side of the screen
All changes will be reflected on the Scratch & Win home screen immediately.
Note: You can edit a game while it is active — any changes will take effect straight away. However, editing existing rewards will not affect any rewards that have already been issued to customers. If you'd prefer to make changes without them going live immediately, deactivate the game first, make your edits, then reactivate it.
