How to turn off a Scratch & Win game

This article explains how you can deactivate or delete a Scratch & Win game.

To turn off an active Scratch & Win game, simply:

  1. Log into your Merchant Console

  2. Navigate to 'Campaigns' and click on 'Scratch & Win'

  3. Find the game you wish to deactivate (if you have multiple)

  4. Find the toggle in the left-hand corner next to the status and click it

5. A popup message will appear; click 'Deactivate'

Your game is now deactivated. To reactivate it at any time, simply return to the same screen and toggle it back on.

Deleting a game

To permanently delete a game, click the trash icon on the right-hand side. Please note: this action cannot be undone. Any previously issued prizes will remain valid for your customers.
