This article explains how to link your new Stamp Card to an existing Stamp Tag.
Follow the steps below to complete the process.
Log in to the Merchant Console
In My Stamp Cards, click Manage Stamp Methods on the new Stamp Card you want to link.
Click the linking icon in the bottom-left corner of the Stamp Tag section.
4. A form will open. Enter your contact information and business name.
5. You will then be asked to enter the device identifier from your existing Stamp Tag. This code is located on the back of your Stamp Tag (see example below).
6. Lastly, enter the name of the Stamp Card you would like your Stamp Tag linked to.
7. Once complete, click Submit Request.
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the link is complete.
Important: If a Stamp Tag is linked to multiple Stamp Cards, customers must open the correct card and press “Stamp Me” before tapping the Tag. Otherwise, the stamp will be applied to whichever card is currently open..
