Our free ROI Calculator helps you estimate the financial impact of customer retention through a Stamp Me rewards program. Whether you’re just getting started or checking in on performance, this tool can show how much extra monthly or annual revenue your loyalty program could generate.
How to Use the ROI Calculator:
You can use the calculator in two ways:
1. Industry Standard Mode
Choose one of the industry tiles (top left)
This auto-fills standard business metrics for that industry
You can also switch currencies at the top of the page
2. Custom Business Details (Recommended)
Select the tile on the far left ('custom') to input your own business data
Enter values where fields are provided and adjust sliders as needed
(if you're not sure or can't get that data, make your best guess)
Once entered, view your results on the right. Use the toggle at the top to switch between monthly and annual results.
What do the Metrics Mean?
Average Purchase Value - The typical amount a customer spends to earn a stamp (e.g., the price of a coffee or haircut).
Daily Transactions - The average number of customer transactions your business handles each day.
Days Open per Week - How many days per week your business operates. For online stores, it would be 7 days.
Stamps to Get to Main Reward - The number of stamps required to earn your main loyalty reward. Most Stamp Me users use 6–10 stamps.
Retail Value of Reward - What the reward would cost the customer at full price.
Your Gross Margin - The percentage of revenue remaining after subtracting the cost of goods sold (COGS).
Formula: (Revenue − COGS) ÷ Revenue × 100
Example: A cafe may have an 80% margin on coffee.
Estimated Loyalty Lift - The estimated increase in visits or spending from having a loyalty program. The typical range is 15–35%.
Stamp Me Subscription - The cost of Stamp Me's loyalty software for a single location store. We recommend the Pro plan. Check out our Pricing page for more information.
Results Metrics:
New Revenue Generated - The additional revenue driven by increased customer visits or spending from loyalty engagement.
Estimated Return on Invested - The estimated true net profit, after rewards and loyalty costs deducted.
