Here’s how to update a member’s details:
Log in to your Merchant Console
Go to the Members area
Use the search bar to find the user by name, email address, or phone number
Click anywhere on the member’s row to open their profile
In the Member Details box, click the pencil icon
Update any of the following details:
First name
Last name
Email address
Birth date
Birthday Club status (if active)
Zip/postcode
Once you've made your changes:
Click Next
Review the changes
Press Save
That’s it! Updates are immediate and also reflect in the member’s Stamp Me app.
Please note:
Some fields cannot be edited from the Merchant Console:
Phone number — members can update this only in the Stamp Me app
Marketing consent status — editable by the member in the app only
Join date — automatically generated
Age — automatically calculated from the date of birth
